You will receive emails updating you on the status of your order. You will be notified when your gift card has been sent and when it has been opened by the recipient. You can also check the gift card open status in the customer portal.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We are working to add more payment options. Find out more information here.
If you or your recipient can’t find the gift card you bought, don’t panic! Double check the email address or phone number on the order. If you selected email delivery, take a look in your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.
There are many things that can cause your order to get cancelled. Please ensure that your billing information is up to date and that you are not using a proxy. Contact us if you have questions.
We do not charge any fees! You only have to pay for the face value of the gift card.
Of course! While customizing your gift card, you will see an option to schedule delivery for a future date. Just select the date/time and you are good to go! You will receive an email notification once your scheduled gift is sent.
